How Long Does It Take For My Order To Arrive? 

  • For Website Purchases, please allow 5 business days of processing time and 3 - 7 business days for shipping. International shipping may take longer. 
  • For Instagram Live Sales or Story Sales, please allow 5 business days of processing time and 3 - 7 business days for shipping. International shipping may take longer. 
  • All the orders from the website and Instagram Live Sales or Story Sales will receive tracking information when finished processing. 
  • All the packages are compulsorily fully insured to protect against loss, damage, and theft. 

Where Do You Ship To? 

  • We ship internationally. 
  • International customers are 100% responsible for any Custom Duty Fees or Tax incurred at the time of delivery. Kimberley Gem Collections Inc is not responsible for any of these fees incurred at the delivery. Please bear in mind that it is charged by your jurisdiction, not our corporation. 
  • Shipping rates vary by weight and location. 

Which Shipping Carrier Do You Ship With? 

  • All the items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other common carriers. 
  • Domestic shipments are generally shipped with USPS unless otherwise stated in the listing. 
  • Kimberley Gem Collections Inc is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders once the package is dropped off at any carrier pick-up point. However, if your package is proven lost during transit or the items in the package is damaged, please email us at support@kimberleygemcollections.com within 2 days of receiving the package and provide sufficient evidence for insurance claims. Please bear in mind that we will not provide any compensation or refunds if you failed the insurance claims. 

What Happened If The Package is Non-Delivery? 

  • If your tracking indicates your package is delivered but it has not been delivered to your address, please wait 1 - 2 days for your tracking to update. Sometimes, the tracking is inaccurate. If you still do not see your package, please contact your local mail facility as soon as possible. 
  • Kimberley Gem Collections Inc is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders once the package is dropped off at any carrier pick-up point. However, if your package is proven lost during transit or the items in the package is damaged, please email us at support@kimberleygemcollections.com at your earliest convenience and provide sufficient evidence for insurance claims. Please bear in mind that we will not provide any compensation or refunds if you failed the insurance claims. 

What Happened If The Package Tracking Says “Returned To Sender” or “Insufficient Address”?

  • This means that the address you provided was incorrect. When we receive your package again, we will reach out to you via email or DM you on Instagram. The buyer must pay shipping fees in order to ship the package again. 
  • If there is no response within 48 hours of reaching out to the buyer, the buyer will not receive any refund and the items will be restocked in the shop. 
  • In order to avoid this issue, please double-check your address at checkout.
